Music is good for the mind and soul ... Astrid & The Asteroids, Sahara Beck and Amanda Goddard will be performing at Black Bear Lodge in Fortitude Valley Mall in support of The Coffee Break Project, raising funds and awareness for mental illness.

This benefit gig is to launch the Music For Mental Health Volume 1 Album, which includes 26 local Brisbane artists.  All proceeds from ticket sales are donated directly to The Coffee Break Project. For more information about the campaign and to donate, visit www.coffeebreak.org.au
