Aaron Rigney goes to Brazil to represent Australia in Futsal

Young local Aaron Rigney wants to live his dream to play Futsal in Brazil

Young local boy Aaron Rigney has been selected to play in the U15’s Australian Schoolboys futsal team. Players are selected based on their ability, attitude and consistency throughout the National School Futsal Championships which determines their suitability to represent themselves as an Australian Futsal player. Aaron will tour Brazil in August 2014 for 16 days playing the sport he loves. The trip will cost in excess of $8000 where he will get to go to the Grand Camary, Brazil Soccer Federation Training Camp, and then it’s off to Atletico Mineiro Training Academy & Mackenzie Futsal Training Centre in Belo Horizonte. Aaron will also get to meet the Atletico Football Club and watch the team train and later watch them play in the National League Competition. On the trip he will receive expert coaching and competitive games to improve his skills, fitness and gameplay.
