OVERVIEW
Highly-effective leaders have a different set of skills to their technical and professional skills. They have “executive presence,” that is, they know how to be perceived as a leader by those who matter inside and outside their organisation.
The Executive Presence for Women Half-Day Workshop is stimulating, interactive and practical. It equips women managers and professionals with the leadership communication skills that enable them to be poised and confident at senior levels. Participants gain a keen appreciation of the strengths and abilities they need to acquire and put into practice to be ready to take up a more senior role in the future.
Create and manage your executive presence and gain further visibility and credibility by implementing the skills and strategies covered in our exclusive Executive Presence for Women workshop.
