YOGA I MINDFULNESS I RELAXATION

1 day urban retreat

Do you need some 'me time'?  Fancy a retreat but don't have a whole weekend to spare?  Love the beach, yoga, mindfulness & quiet downtime?  Feel like spoiling yourself and having some fun?

Luxuriate in a winter urban retreat designed to restore, renew, empower and inspire you. Book a night at the Novotel and make a long weekend of it or simply join us for the day.

New or experienced in yoga and mindfulness?  It doesn't matter.  This day is crafted to suit everybody's needs.

What to expect:

- Learn all about mindfulness and enjoy a guided practice.

- Warm-up with a yoga class.

- Nurture yourself with a delicious and nutritious lunch, snacks and refreshments.

- Be creative with some mandala colouring in.

-Take time to quietly reflect & simply be.

- Get clarity on who your are and whats important to you.

- Indulge in restorative yoga & a relaxing yoga nidra.

- End the day with some pranayama breathe work & relaxation.

- Take home a little gift to remember us by & float on home.

What to bring:

-Loose & warm clothing.

-A sense of fun.

-Willingness to let go and enjoy a Soulful Sunday of pure wellness all about you and all for you.

-You are very welcome to bring your own mat or use ours.

$100pp all inclusive (except hotel accomodation)

Once payment is received your place is reserved. A ticket, invoice & waiver will be sent to you via email along with further information .

Cancellation of tickets will not normally be refunded within 1 month of an event, except in special circumstances.  The decision regarding potential refund will be made by Ataraxia Collective.

In the unforeseen circumstance that an event is cancelled a full refund or credit of full ticket cost amount will be provided to paid participants for use at a future Ataraxia Collective event. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
