OVERVIEW

Highly-effective leaders have a different set of skills to their technical and professional skills. They have “executive presence,” that is, how to be perceived as a leader by those who matter inside and outside their organisation. In fact, everything we do and say is absorbed and interpreted by others who decide whether we fit into their framework of leadership or not.

The Executive Presence Workshop is stimulating, interactive and practical. It equips emerging leaders with enhanced interpersonal skills and enables them to communicate at executive levels with poise and confidence. Participants in this program gain a keen appreciation of the strengths and abilities that will enable them to take on a senior leadership role at the appropriate time in their careers.
